A local phone number is activated after your first top-up of at least €10. A maintenance fee of €2/month (equivalent to 4 minutes) is automatically deducted from your minute balance each month. If your balance is insufficient, the number is suspended for 3 days. Top up during this period to reactivate it immediately. If the balance remains insufficient after 3 days, the number is released.

Active calls continue until the current call ends. Incoming calls are not answered while your balance is at zero. For PAYG phone number holders, the number enters a 3-day grace period before being released. Top up at any time to restore service immediately.
